Tyre Oil (Pyrolytic Oil)

High-Energy Fuel from Recovered Resources

With ~10,300 kcal/kg calorific value, Tyre Oil is a cost-effective replacement for LDO, LSHS and Furnace Oil in industrial applications. Our pyrolytic oil is a low-sulphur fuel alternative, with sulphur content even lower than LDO. It retains fluidity in low temperatures, hence eliminating the need of pre heating during winter season.

Possible Applications :
  • Boilers
  • Cement kilns
  • Steel plants
  • Glass & industrial furnaces
    And many other industries
Key Benefits:
  • High energy yield
  • Lower cost vs. LDO and other oils
  • Reduced fossil fuel dependence
  • No pre heating required even in winter season

Tyre Wire Scrap

Recovered Steel

Steel wire is extracted from tyres and processed into clean, recyclable scrap.

Why It’s Valuable:
  • Low cost steel scrap/input
  • Easily meltable

Pyro Char

Rich Byproduct With Purpose

Pyro char with GCV ranging from 5500 to 6500 kcal/ kg, is a fine grey powder byproduct of tyre pyrolysis—Rich in carbon. It is an ideal heat source as a replacement for coal.

Possible Applications:
  • Used for burning as fuel
Packaging:
  • In jumbo bags
  • custom packaging options available
